Was good, but lately it’s been nothing but problems with mopeds not starting and horrible software, a shame, because it would be a convenient mode of transportation if it worked.

I was not able to ride a scooter since it was broken. I wa sin touch with support which promised to fix it and cancel my trip. But after all they just charged me for non existing ride. Any further contacts with support come to the result that it was my fault. Worst client service I can imagine

App works terribly, customer service doesn’t work at all.
The app is terrible. It doesn’t work over Wi-Fi, and locks up on wide-screen devices. When I raised the first issue with Support, I was met with extremely rude and incompetent service (a man named Frank Weissbrich) telling me everything was my fault. Wow, just wow.

Most expensive experience ever: I’ve used the service for quite some time now and I can tell it is not convenient at all. Scooters are decent, but more than 14 euros for barely 15km is a robbery. The app keeps crashing before ending the ride, which costs more time and, thus, more money… Not recommended. I will go to Check and see if I’ll have better luck.

The company rips off clients. The app works very poor and show scoters on the map that in reality are not there. It has problems when ending the ride and then it charges you more. The customer feedback doesn’t provide any help and just offers you to charge you more. Really don’t recommend this scoters sharing app !
