Successful closing however extended by 3 weeks. With that said legit auction site. I was sceptical but we closed today and I got a sweet deal.
I like the app, it has lots of homes, but everytime you click on a house to look at and then go back to search results it starts you back at the top of the page so you have to scrolls back down which is irritating.fix that and get 2 more stars
