A TERRIBLE terrible terrible App
The app is….ok, when it works….terrible the rest of the time. The cruise itself relies so much on the app while at sea, with no formal web site interface to use before your sail date. The only thing that seems to work….ok most of the time is the contact feature for your agent. Here’s some silly things: – Share with your mate literally send a string text that says “click here” but doesn’t provide a link. – bookings failed every time of every day, so had to rely on calling to book things..
The app still more work
Missing ship name & and map. Rather obvious to have it there instead of digging through emails or having to contact customer service. Oooh wait – that’s ALSO not an option im the app!
Worst app of any cruise line. Sailed with Virgin 4 times now (only because they keep giving us free rooms) and the app never gets any better!
Virgin having an app this bad is truly amazing. With all the money they put into their cruise experiences, you’d think they’d spare some cash for an offshore team to fix their app up, especially since it is such an important tool for sailors.
This is a very poorly made application. It crashes constantly and has trouble doing any of the basic tasks it’s supposed to be used for. There was a long line of people at guest services on the cruise who couldn’t get it to work.
This app is an embarrassment as it isn’t market-ready. IF I can login, the app immediately crashes within 1-2 mins. The built-in reporting mechanism is a joke as the developers disabled the “report a problem” button leaving the user the only option to exit without reporting any issues. When you’re not getting the Oops page, I either can’t log in at all, or I log in for a few seconds only to get a critical error message. How is this app in market? This experience totally ruined our vacation.
I wish other cruise lines would take note .virgin app got it right never had a problem or glitch .wad always able to navigate app with ease
Never works. Have had to Uninstall and re-install dozens of times, and it’s still not loading correctly.
