I noticed that i wrote my name wrong 1 character on my booking. They cant help to fix it. No solution and my money burn here. Can recommend it to anyone. Edited : contacted their customer service via email as suggested here. Ask politely just to get rejected answer again. Wasting time and money. WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND USELESS TO COMPLAIN.
All good and without any mroblem
IF YOU ARE BEING ASKED TO DOWNLOAD THIS APP, CANCEL YOUR BOOKING, YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. DO NOT USE. I am furious. The email I received was very misleading, clearly stated I had tickets when I did not have tickets. Had to wait 45 minutes for actual tickets after arriving at my supposedly scheduled time. I don’t even understand how I ended up with this scam organization, I started on the actual museum web site. I was never told it was a third party. Something seriously wrong with this.
Trash app, selling you overpriced tixkets and experience
We bought two Milan trips with this app which ended up being different to what we had thought we were getting. We got less for the same price than if we had booked directly. The operation of the app is fine but you need to be sure you are getting what you wanted. If you’ve done your research, this app might be for you.

Works well, provided good search options but display of tickets purchased uses PDF format so not optimised for smartphones. Scanning of ticket QR code on entry proved difficult in bright sunlight. Viewing of purchased tickets also displays options to purchase so can be confusing
Didn’t work
FALSE “VALUE” Aquarium tickets. Got the more $$ value ticket that included other things to do there that require more $ there. There was a section to pick 2 things to do from 3 options, and all the other options had green check marks next to them that you would automatically get. One of those 3 options didn’t even exist, nor any extra exhibits, and one was still extra $$. The general admission ticket was the exact same as the value ticket I paid more for. Was basically told too bad no refund.
I bought my tickets the day before. after over an hour of waiting to get in. I was told the place was sold out and my tickets thru this app doesn’t work once the place is sold out . so this app tickets are not worth it
