This app is just awful. It’s so bad I’ve actually considered moving my money to a different bank to avoid the headache of this garbage. It changes your password like every 6 months and you’re not able to get back into your account until you call the bank (if they even answer) to unlock your account and reset your password. Ridiculous. Surrey Bank, don’t make an app if it’s going to be awful.
When I log out I get error message that system is busy try again later and I have to reinstall it .
App needs work
After you download you go a couple of weeks and then it won’t let you use your thumbprint or what ever measure to open the app. You have to keep entering in your password until you eventually have to delete the app then re-download the app in the last 2 months I’ve had to do this I know of at least 4 times that I can remember right off hand.
I download a new app works one time when i reopen it says null begining to get old fast

Well I liked the app before and I could use the finger sign on option but now I ALWAYS have to sign in it no longer lets me sign in with just my finger. I contacted the bank and it was kinda fixes but now it just won’t allow me to use my finger to sign in and I can’t access my bank statements through here either. Really upset n ready to go to different bank.
Its obvious this app is run by a 3 year old! Im sick of it.
Worked great until last update which I liked the new features of being able to set up cards and I like the bio metrics of being able to use fingerprint. But the issues I have encountered is making transfers from one account to another. Its not performing the transaction and getting a message telling me that it can’t process and will process as soon as possible. . Please fix. I’m having to uninstall and reinstall. Before the latest update the app worked.
Zelle doesn’t show up on my app even after the update?
