Horrible app, I dread every commissioning. Constantly loses connection with PVS6, glitches, has to be restarted or reinstalled every time. When tech support tells you to log out of their app and log back in, you know you’ve got a problem. Why can’t they fix this? Solaredge app is a breeze.

Wow. Terrible app that never works correctly. Different issues every update. They really should have kept the console running as we cant use this app for anything.

Fails out the gate. I have been using the SunPower monitoring program for the couple years that we’ve had our panels. Trying out the app, and not only does it not recognize the password I haven’t changed, but it won’t send me a code the email address on my account.
Biggest peice of junk that I’m forced to use. Unintuitive, overly complicated with too many glitches that sunpower refuses to fix. I’ve had to Uninstall and install so many times. Sunpower, you’re a garbage company.
