Poor customer service, unprofessional and rude drivers. Enough to ruin one’s day.
Worst customer support for a ride sharing service. The CC personnel seem to be absolutely clueless. Also the app appears to be a demo version rather than a final one that end user should experience. However their drivers were peofessional the 2/3 times I took rides.
I searched several routes for future needs, but it says “no rides available”. Is it just me or are other people faci ng same issue? How are they running a business this way?
