Cool stuff
Today the app updated and broke everything making the app useless on my cruise. If you want paperless, then you can’t break the app. More testing is needed.
EXTREMELY, SUPER FRUSTRATING. WHY DO YOU MAKE IT SO HARD? TAKES ALL THE JOY OUT OF A CRUISE. THANK GOD THE TRAVEL AGENT TOLD ME ABOUT THE LAPTOP CHECK IN.
The messaging part of the app may or may not deliver messages in a timely manner; usually they’re not. Events for a given venue are not provided with venue information. The app provides information for past and non-existent events. It doesn’t show future events shown on the Cruise Compass. Reservations made via the app disappear without warning. There is no way to search for what is going on at any given moment. Maybe scrap it and start over because there’s not much redeemable in the app.
I complained to guest services on the ship about how bad messaging was on this app. I then talked to their “internet specialist” about the issues, which basically solved nothing for our large party. Messaging between our own group should be free, not $2 per day. All the negative things people are saying are true. Royal, your messaging capabilities are an embarrassment.
Not a good app. When your ship’s wifi doesn’t connect, you’re just out of luck. They should send out notifications of events that are cancelled, since it’s easy to update. I got a lot of error messages; for example, I got one while trying to book an on ship activity, which told me to go to guest services, who said the message meant the activity was full. Just say it’s full? Guest services won’t help you book anything because they say do it on the app that doesn’t even work!
Good app. Easy to use while on the cruise! Occasional freezing when using. Some good features to use such as checking for excursions or charges to your account. Didn’t really use all the features yet.
The instant message only work sometime through out the cruise
Ok but horrible for my unless you have a zoom account on both phones the guest wifi should be capable of allowing basic information
