It is absurd that this app is required to access your tickets, rather than the many easier ways other companies have found to solve this problem. On top of that, the app attempts to grab permission to track your location for an ambiguous “enhanced experience”, and requires photo and file storage access seemingly for no reason (at best, photo is required for the scanning feature… but that feature also is seemingly broken, even if you grant the permission). The app itself is a clunky QR code.
The bathroom could have been cleaner and the on board luncheonette could use a revamp but you get to see dolphins and whales so, it’s kinda irrelevant. Better to bring your own food. And toilet paper.

Annoying that I need to download an app to even board the boat. Would much prefer to receive tickets via email.
This is a scam, do no not use this company !! I have purchased 2 tickets for 2 days and I was not able to download the ticket anf go in any tours. A waste of money and time. If you don t want to ruin your holiday stay away!! They do not provide refund and tour are overbooked!

Could never download the tickets. Ended up not even going on the ferry. Not sure this even a legit company. Stay away.
