Absolutely atrocious customer service. Extremely disorganized, zero empathy, delayed responses. They cancelled my stay 48 hours before move in, TWICE. Two separate occasions. Even then they showed no urgency in addressing their sudden change nor did they provide any assurances or basic assistance after their last minute cancellation. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM.

They overcharge the advertised rates and don’t resolve the issue. They charge you first then make it your issue to resolve in which there response is horrible.
False advertising, not flexible and they say you have the option to extend all over the place but it’s not true, you do not. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone in customer service.
Can’t recommend. They cancelled my reservation 48hrs before I was supposed to move in. I was already completely packed and on my way to live in a furnished apartment. They provided alternative options that were much more expensive and had check in dates over a week later than my original. Really disappointing…
Good maintenance. Appartments are all furnished with a good design and they are clean. Easy to book and to move in.
Not helpful or organized at all, place had bugs and I’m just stuck with them….they have no control over the properties they put you in and dealing with the landing team is like pulling teeth. Looking for legal aid to get out of their six month contract because this sucks. Also the original booking I had was cancelled on their end which is how I got stuck here.
