Decent app but weird oversights make it frustrating to use. Current example: I fell asleep at 4:05 PM yesterday and didn’t wake up until 4:30 the following day. Unusual, sure; but not unheard of for someone with serious sleep debt. It’s seemingly impossible to log this, though. No matter how many times I check to make sure it’s correct, I’m given a message that I’ve entered a negative number for my hours slept. Hope this gets fixed because it’s a cool app.

This seems to be a pretty good plan. I’ll let you know how it works for me in a couple of weeks.

This app is nothing more than a daily diary of your sleep habits but does nothing to assist you in developing better sleep habits. Suggestions are good but do nothing as they are just guides. Having stated that, I did not find an interactive plan bywhich the user could implement into their daily routine in developing a better sleep routine. Again, the app is a mere dairy with suggestions. Nothing interactive about this.

Slight problem in great app. Sometimes I go a few nights with no sleep then my body shuts down and I sleep for 16 hours. The app keeps telling me I am inputting a negative number for my sleep and won’t let me input the details. Otherwise the app is great.

I’ve been using this for a couple of years and I like it a lot but there are a few glitches in the timekeeping. The most serious I just discovered — last week I traveled east, and since returning home my sleep diary now has two entries for some days and none for others.

All of my sleep quality indicators improved after using this app. Before starting the sleep restriction therapy, my insomnia severity index was 16 and reduced to 8 after the treatment. At the middle of the process of doing the CBT-I, I was suspicious of my time in bed recommendations, but afterwards I understood the treatment. I highly recommend the app. Please be aware that you’ll need lots of self-discipline to complete the therapy.

This is an excellent app and I am shocked by some of the negative reviews here. Ignore all the low ratings that talk of ‘no night mode’ (um put your phone into night mode), ‘same as website guidance (no, you don’t get recommended personalised sleep and wake times on websites), ‘can’t record time awake at night’ (adjust the way you’re recording it), ‘can’t review notes’ (write your own notes elsewhere). And to give it 1 star because it hasn’t been downloaded much, is that a generational thing?!. I mean, come on people, this is a FREE app with loads of guidance and sound snippets to help. It’s helping me greatly.

This app is REALLY helping me sleep. I’m into week 3 of the coaching and if you stick to the plan, it helps. I’ve had trouble sleeping for literally decades and I have implemented a lot of the recommendations already, but could never quite crack it. The one method that is finally working is the app’s facility to recommend when to go to bed and when to wake up. My time in bed is finally spent asleep! There is loads of excellent guidance, and NO advertising. I would pay for it, but it’s free!
