Scam. Beware of this site. Thdy say they sell “tickets” but they don’t. They sell VOUCHERS for tickets that you have to go pick up. I thought I purchased Amsterdam tram tickets as the website advertised. But you have to travel across town to pick up the tickets. So I had to buy a tram ticket to go pick up the tram ticket that I had already bought. Ridiculous, and definitely false advertising. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they refunded me.
We had a bad experience with this company. We pre-booked tickets to the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam for a group of 10. The tickets were cancelled for no reason a few days before we were scheduled to visit. I went on to the main website for the museum and the tickets were sold out. When I went to talk to customer service on the phone the representative could not give us an answer to why our tickets were cancelled. They were super unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
