I’d love to be able to use this app but it’s been nothing but trouble. First it would keep reloading so it would just flicker uncontrollably, but at least then you could still scan it. Now it won’t verify. It sends a code but entering the code does nothing. Hitting verify a 2nd time after entering the code just gives error “entered code is not valid please try again” and since I’m not interested in linking my account to FB seems there’s no other sign in option. 🤷♀️
Great customer service
So far I’m experiencing the 7 app and the 7 now app both together seem to be a problem with delivery using Doordarshan they seem to be a problem but I’m going to give them another chance and see if they fixed the app is it totally nessesary to have Doordarshan to complete the ordering process for delivery?
Over 3500 taken from me after a phone scan in store. I Didn’t redeem any points and I come back home to find out it took points away that were apparently “expired” months ago but only until NOW( after a run to 711) it had nerve to let me know by how my points drastically changed. This app didn’t warn me or say anything & its the current update. It’s Sad when these “rewards” systems screw you over for points you basically paid up for to begin with. Feels like gambling
Had 944 points. Went to click a reward for 500 points. There was an error message. When it refreshed I had 0 points. Will not use 7-Elevens faulty application again. Will shop at other convience stores who are cheaper and don’t have rewards programs.
This app is hot garbage… Randomly doesn’t allow me to add money, claiming my load limit for the day has been reached when I haven’t added any money in days. When I am able to add money, it randomly blanks out the option to use it at stores where I’ve previously been able to use it.
I installed the app to save on gas at the pump. Did not work then went to log on the next day and I get an error about my phone number and email being used by another account. Just not worth the hassle to solve it with no support contact in the app.
