Let me tell the worse , absolutely worse app. I called customer service just now to fix my account and the agent had absolutely no knowledge of the app itself he was instructing me for almost 20 mins guessing and unsure what the hell my query is. He spoke over me while I spoke and addressed me as Patterson(NO Professionalism) and clearly it was joke for him and his friends in the background as they were all he he haha!
