This might be one of the most worthless apps on the store. You cannot even get information about your account with this app. I recently got a new car. Forgot the transfer. The sticker over so I went to one of the car washes and the people there told me that they were unable to look up my account without my number from the sticker yeah, even in the app you cannot get any information about your account!

For starters, nobody ever told me there was an app. Their support team sent me my past receipts but then denies them through this app except for one. Which is the most recent. I’m not submitting 12 receipts again.
Notice while driving to next spot that the back window was still very dirty. Looked when we parked and it looked as if the back of the car had gotten no cleaning at all. Window was dirty back spare tire cover still filthy. Went back and Crew was nice said we can spray that down. Went back through, the staff sprayed a little water on it as we were entering. Got home and looked.It is STILL FILTHY. I tried a different Crew today.. Still did not get my Rav4 clean. do not recommend for older Rav 4.

Not useful for multiple vehicles. I have 3 vehicles with the plan, but they do not all show up. I tried to cancel 2 of them with the baroda (as instructed) it keeps canceling my subscription. But, oh its okay for them to keep changing me every month. Why wouldn’t all of them show up when I login? Follow-up.
