This app is absolutely perfect.The fact that your money starts earning at the very second you initiate the transfer instead of waiting for it to transfer from your bank which can take up to a week is one of the most amazing things I have seen and the weekly dividend counter has me checking it 10 times a day just to see how much progress it has made. other apps before this one have all came short..this app definitely deserves way more than five stars. Ok I like everything about this app including weekly dividends but when I try to put the info for plaid and the bank into concreit for me to get started, it kept saying credentials incorrect when the login information was actually correct. I knew the information for it. So I uninstalled it because of what happened. I was very upset. I was pissed
Horrible customer service if you can even call it that.
No website version. Latest update makes your phone too easy to hack into with all the unnecessary permissions they “require but never use” (mic and audio, camera, making calls without owner’s awareness or consent, prevent phone from sleeping, and more…for a real estate portfolio app?!?). Upon receiving such feedback, they refuse to change it and would rather have their clients close their accounts than get rid of the permissions they “don’t use”. So be it. Closing account. Do not recommend.
