Not good very limited control to it knee useless expect to check battery life
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times with my S20+ and it shows the blue background at the top and that is all. I’ll put that 5 star back on when I can lock my leg again
Still broken. I’ve followed all instructions on the various fixes and only see a blank white screen. Email sent to [email protected] unanswered for 3 days. This is for an (expensive!) medical device. Unacceptable quality and service.
Since 2.8.0.71 the “Last synchronised on” message on the Today page, does not update! App is otherwise fine.
Every since the app was updated my C-leg 4’s don’t connect anymore! I deleted all components from app, uninstalled app, reinstalled app, now the app only displays a white screen! Yall messed up the app as well as me being able to see how much power in my legs…
This app has always worked for my x3 but now I’m unable to connect. I uninstalled, redownloaded. I tried the settings and permissions fix that was suggested. When I open the app it’s just a white screen. Just giving feedback. It would be cool it was fixed. UPDATE: I uninstalled and downloaded newest version 2.8.0.71. The app continues to load as just a white screen.
It use to work well, now all I get when I open is a white page, restarted phone , reinstalled app, checked internet connection, nothing works. Tried suggested fix , absolutely nothing, just glad leg is set on normal mode
STOP UPDATING! EVERY UPDATE I CANT USE MY LEG
Updated from previous version then greeted with not able to communicate with cleg. Had to clear cache and data from About device-> Storage-> App->cockpit. Then repair cleg to cockpit in oder to regain access. Worked just like pervious version.
