Horrible! It’s so slow! Every last thing it does it has to re-sign in. I hope you’ve got 30 minutes to spend standing in the sun and heat to fight with this app and order your part. My stocking guy now comes in an hour earlier in the mornings just to deal with the loading times in the app to compensate! That’s an extra $100 a week out of my pocket just to compensate having to use this frickin thing. My techs take longer on calls and I can’t call the store because I’m on infinite hold!
