Great. Not too many ads and they’re all placed at the right time. Needs the distortion “fortune telling” and “mind reading”. Other than that, excellent and fast app. Note that it is not like the daily mood log as it doesn’t have you note down all of your emotions as percentages, but I tend to title my log as “Date – Emotion – Main thought” to help manage this.
Good for challenging thoughts. But a little bit more guidance on what to put in each section at the beginning would be helpful for those who don’t understand what cognitive distortion means or what the percentage scale is for
