Didn’t help me stay asleep at all. All the information here can be found online with a simple search engine.
Seems nice but the sleep efficiency could be more accurate if it had an entry field for time spent out of bed in the middle of the night? Seems like it provides false data of time in bed vs time sleeping due to marking how much you are awake at night but no way to say in bed vs out of bed. Maybe that doesnt matter?
Doesn’t allow you to view your own historical logs. Anything entered more than 5 days prior is no longer viewable. Ever. Kind of makes the whole tool useless as a log. Even if you are working with a provider, there are likely much better options. Even a pen and paper doesn’t just disappear after 5 days.
So…when do I get the sleep prescription? That truly was my reason for downloading and using the app. It tells me I have insomnia, which I’m aware of but doesn’t give the prescription expected. I may change my rating with some answers.
I have been using the app for about a month now. There is no way to see historical data or check where the data is saved. There is no login, so your data you enter is just “there” and could go missing at any time. The app has been crashing every day when I enter a new sleep entry for about a week now and all new data is completely lost. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to no avail. Something needs to be fixed in order to keep using the app.
I love this app, my only complaint is that the graph that tracks falling asleep is gets the numbers confused even if I logged them correctly and double checked my times were correct. It screws the graph up but then other times it works just fine. Otherwise it is a great app for people with insomnia.
Glad this app is back. I like the analytical tools that were added.
Using it to calm my mind down and track my sleep patterns, really helps with my depression.
