Shambles, the unit will disconnect from carrier account and then registration option disappears, it remains on line but inaccessible, you have to get to the website and figure out a either a reinstall or new password, neither consistently work. Happened multiple times, don’t get this junk

We have used this for 5 years and feel it could improve, but hasn’t changed. You are forced to view the app in landscape mode. Sometimes the thermostat doesn’t respond to one user, but I’d more responsive to another. We feel that you should also be able to change your password within the app. It is clunky and unintuitive. This app could use an update.
This app is total trash. It’s embarrassing.
Nasty UI, and not user friendly. I don’t trust COR or Carrier
