Looooove the new setup and ability to see my account numbers now, would be 5 stars if finger print log in worked and if I could connect Capital One, Chase and Varo to the budgeting tool, what’s the point of the budgeting tool if I can’t link ALL of my accounts? Seriously thinking about removing what accounts I do have in the budgeting tool because of it. I need a budgeting app that really works. An app update would be nice too, all of my other financial apps update regularly every 1-2 months.
Buggy crashes on check deposits. Get with it.
Clunky and grabby. Biometric login works sporadically or not at all. Keeps locking me out of my account for no reason.

I need more for my money
I don’t understand how a bank can fail so fundamentally at creating an app, the fingerprint doesn’t work, it doesn’t allow you to import a password, the check deposit fails as often as it works (other banks I use don’t have this issue) and on top of all of that it looks like a thinly disguised web shell. Bank of Akron (the bank that you aquired) had a GREAT app. Maybe find the dev team from them and ask them to write you an actual banking app before releasing this absolute garbage.
Money totals on the right side of the page are cut off and it won’t go smaller. If I can’t see this then what’s the point of having it.
I had to delete my old review and write a new, better one once I took the advice to uninstall the app and install it again. Seems to have been a problem with the version that rolled out when the bank initially changed hands. It’s working perfectly now.
