Can’t cancel subscription through the app. Relies on scamming people who forget to unsubscribe. When cancelling subscription through the website, it uses the phrase “cancel account” repeatedly to scare you into thinking you’re losing access to books you’ve paid for as well.
Lovely
Easy to use and cheaper than Audible. I am halfway through the Mistborn series and have really been enjoying it.
There is a wide variety of stories that I am enjoying exploring. Some stories are very engaging and well narrated and some are not. This allows me to listen to what is most informative and/ or entertaining to me. I love it!
These stories have given me .any a pleasant hour ND helped be to relax
Great books, but you can’t get the “hassle-free returns” that are promised. Just like all things Amazon false advertising is mandatory. God help you if you have to call customer service, you can’t understand any of them. Now there is a stupid “Waze” ad that won’t go away, I already pay for the service, I shouldn’t have to worry about ads.
Good I enjoy the layout of the app and might consider subscribing
Enjoying the audiobooks so far. I was looking for a specific audiobook, and followed an online ad for that book, which led me to this app. I am still in my trial period, so have only listened to one book (The Children of Hurin, by JRR Tolkien) as yet, but overall I am enjoying the app so far.
Very affordable and has a huge selection
I’m currently on the free trial and enjoying the app so far. I particularly like the Audiobooks club as I tend to pick a subject/genre and binge – this suits me as I can listen at work so have time to get through plenty of books.
