Helpful to program tubes and pucks but operating tubes from it for Film and TV is not helpful. Why have 3 masters and a default fade of 10 seconds. Not film friendly. But slowly getting better as the Years go by.

The app just stopped connecting to all my art7-u boxes. It has always been temperamental and now it just won’t connect to anything.
For the price of the lights I expected the app experience to be much better. Connection issues and more connection issues

Keeps disconnecting the astera box
App will not let me connect a brand new asterabox no matter which device I’m on. It continues to say incorrect pin.
After a recent update, the app has become unusable and honestly an embarrassment to use on set. Bluetooth connection to the AsteraBox used to take a few seconds at most and was automatic. Now, whenever I unlock my phone to use the app, it’s a 50/50 gamble of whether or not it’ll connect automatically, and when it does connect it takes between 1-2 minutes, which is an unacceptable amount of time when you’re trying to light a commercial project. Please fix this.
