It won’t load. Just spins and spins.

1) Very slow. 2) Routinely can’t find my existing trips. 3) Doesn’t save any of my credentials so I need to enter all every time I use it. 4) why do I need three login credentials instead of just username and password?
Worse Airline ever. They will cancel on you and won’t rebook you. You are on your own.
Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot check in online without using this app. I have my proof of vaccinations in printed and digital format and cannot upload a photo of them nor the originals. Error messages are useless.
This app is very difficult. I was unable to find key information about my booking (baggage allowance, etc.). The load times are insanely slow, even with a fast device and fast internet connection. My phone times out and goes to sleep twice in the time it takes this app to load booking info. It never provided info or notifications on important documents required for my travel, so I ended up with a very stressful time in the airport having to sort things out that could’ve been clear in the app.
