수십 수백번의 여러 시도 끝에도 결국 기기인증은 되질않았고 고객센터는 최대한 도와주려고하였으나, 본인들 선에서 할수 있는게 제한적이었다. 이렇게나 문제가 많은 본인 기기인증 방식을 계속 고집하는 이유를 도무지 알 수가 없었다. 다른 인증방법이나 외산기기, 비주력 브렌드의 기기도, 3G 백엔드를 사용할 수 없는 LTE/NR 전용 모드에서도 인증할 수 있도록 방법을 마련하는것이 좋다고 본다.

Update: STILL THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN KOREA! **Impossible to use as a foreigner with a somewhat longer name. My ARC has my first middle and last fully spelled but the licensing center could only fit my last, first and first initial of my middle name. Greencar won’t accept this. They also won’t accept my documents showing over 5 years of driving experience, my korean license, my international license and my Canadian license. Use Socar as they are much easier to deal with for foreigners!
